HOW I LEARNED TO ENJOY REALITY (AND GET MY MIND TO LEAVE ME ALONE) 
There are times in our lives where we all feel like we're struggling to keep up with the growing pressures around us. This is normal and all too common in our modern world. It doesn't have to be this way. "How I learned to enjoy reality (and get my mind to leave me alone)" will show you how to regain control of your inner self so that you can naturally find the energy to focus on what matters most to you.

After this session you will...

FOCUS MAPPING AND TINY HABITS
Most of us know "what" we should do to create lasting change. Yet, we can get stuck, and often struggle with "how" to do it. This can leave us feeling overwhelmed and lead to lower levels of performance than you're capable of achieving. The truth is that you already know "what" you need to do. We help you with "how" so that you can be successful and experience results. We'll give you tools - developed by BJ Fogg, Director of the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University - and help you apply them to lead a healthier and more productive life.

During this session we cover...

  • How to clarify your aspiration.

  • How to set SMART Goals that will help you achieve your aspirations.

  • How to work on the right activities to achieve your aspirations.

  • How to change your behaviour without relying on motivation.

After this session you will...

  • Be clear on your aspirations (know exactly what you want).

  • Have the confidence to make lasting changes in your life.

  • Start taking action.

PROGRAM Delivery

Our programs are delivered using Zoom (or your company's preferred virtual meeting platform).

  • Presentations (one hour, $50 per person for 20 - 30 people).

  • Multi-week coaching programs for individuals and groups.

ABOUT OUR COACH

Gavin is the Co-Founder and CEO of KindHuman. 


He earned a Master’s Degree in Business from the Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. 


He is a Tiny Habits Certified coach where he studied under BJ Fogg, Director of the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University. 


On top of that, and following with the KindHuman ethos, Gavin is super passionate about helping people enjoy reality so they can perform at their best.
