SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are proud to offer a range of flat-rate shipping options. Once your order is processed you will be able to check the status of its delivery on your account page. All orders will ship from our Toronto, ON, Canada warehouse. Our US and Canadian customers can rest easy knowing that we cover the duty on all orders. International orders may be subject to duty depending on location.
Our goal is to ship bicycle frames and soft goods within 1 business day. Complete bicycles are often shipped based on the timelines provide on each bike product page..
WE PAY FOR SHIPPING on all carbon KindHuman framesets and bicycles. Shipping for KindHuman aluminum bikes is CA$100 within Canada and CA$250 within the USA.
Flat Rate Tracked Shipping for non bike orders:
Canada : 1 - 4 business days CA$15
USA : 3 - 7 business days CA$19
International : 4 - 10 business days CA$35
KindHuman can not deliver to P.O. Boxes, all orders are subject to local sales tax and delivered Monday – Friday except for holidays.
RETURNS // WARRANTY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Returns or warranty claims are available from KindHuman directly for purchases made online at www.kindhuman.cc or at our KindHuman store. If you have purchased an item from one of our dealers, you will need to contact them directly regarding your matter. All soft goods and bicycles for return must be unused or eligible for warranty. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
KindHuman products are eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days of your original purchase. Special orders or custom painted ("Pick Your Paint" program) bicycles are not covered under this return policy and may not be returned or exchanged. KindHuman is not able to refund postage on any return and the original owner is responsible for shipment of any returned item.
We are human and mistakes happen. While they are rare, if KindHuman is to ship you the wrong product we will cover the return shipping. Just let us know and we will email you a prepaid shipping label and have your order corrected immediately.
We are happy to make an exchange on a like-for-like basis. If you need another size or colour, simply return the product using our process below and we will ship you the one you want. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.
PROCESSING YOUR RETURN OR WARRANTY
To process your return or warranty, send an email to email@example.com with your request and proof of purchase (copy of your receipt or order number). If you have a warranty claim please include photographs and a detailed description of the issue. KindHuman will then issue you a Return Authorization # before you ship your return. Once you have your RA# package your item safely and securely and send your item back to us. We suggest using a tracking service as we are only able to process your refund or exchange after we have received your return.
We do our best to address returns as soon as they arrive. In most cases, returns are handled within a day of receiving the item. Depending on your location, we will do our best to have your exchange processed and returned within two-weeks of our receipt of your items. Please note that items requiring warranty or repair may take longer.
