Shipping policy

We are proud to offer a range of flat-rate shipping options. Once your order is processed you will be able to check the status of its delivery on your account page. All orders will ship from our Toronto, ON, Canada warehouse. Our US and Canadian customers can rest easy knowing that we cover the duty on all orders. International orders may be subject to duty depending on location.

Our goal is to ship bicycle frames and soft goods within 1 business day. Complete bicycles are often shipped based on the timelines provide on each bike product page.

WE PAY FOR SHIPPING on all carbon KindHuman framesets and bicycles. Shipping for KindHuman aluminum bikes is CA$100 within Canada and CA$250 within the USA.

USA : 3 - 7 business days CA$19
