Product Story

Real world aero. That's how we like categorize our best-selling, best-reviewed, all-purpose, performance road machine. While other designers are stuck in a wind tunnel willing to compromise handling and ride quality in an effort prove how fast their bikes are in front of a giant fan, we designed our Kampionne to be a champion of real world applications. The most versatile bike in our line up, the Kampionne is a true quiver killer. 950 grams of incredibly high modulus, unidirectional, precision tuned Toray T700 carbon fiber. It is assembled in a one-piece monocoque fashion with internal ribbing and asymmetric rear end for increased stiffness and durability. Real world aero is seen in the integrated headset design, providing a clean angle of attack along with the abbreviated AeroFoil downtube that performs in a variety of real world wind conditions. Stiffness and aerodynamics combine in a design destined for high wattage efforts and head down drags to the finish line. While stiff and aero, the Kampionne retains KindHuman's trademarked handling and ride quality thanks in part to its time-proven race geometry, and flattened, ovalized rear stays. Well suited for competitive racers and weekend warriors alike - those riders who don't have the word compromise in their vocabulary. Whether you're headed uphill, in a sprint or in the breakaway, you need a bike that is up for the task. Our Kampionne is your champion on the road.

“I'm absolutely in love with my Kampionne. No B.S. the best bike I've ever ridden. Light, responsive, quick, stable, agile, corners like a F1 machine. Keep doing what you're doing. These bikes are legit” -Brock Denis, Finish Strong Elite Team Rider

"I have never experienced a bike that simultaneously makes me feel more in control, yet feels like it is driving itself, like it knows the roads before I do! The hardest thing to do on this bike, is to go slow. I can’t think of enough good things to say about the Kampionne. I guess the best thing I can say about it is that it genuinely makes me happy to swing a leg over this bike, and puts a huge smile on my face every time I ride it, and that it makes me want to ride, further, faster and more often." - Brooks Deese, Cyclus Sports

"I want to thank Kindhuman for the versatility of their Kampionne frame. I did my first time trial (Merckx style) this weekend on their frame and won the state championship by a large margin due in no small part to this bike! After numerous crits and road races on this frame I knew it would accelerate well on the hills and in the corners. I earned a new respect for how well it held speed on the long flats. Not only was it compliant, but it felt as though it was gliding over the pavement even in a headwind. Can't wait to see what this company does with the time trial frame." - Josh, Cyclus Sports

With KindHuman, you can truly build the bike of your dreams! Every KindHuman complete bike starts with a high performance frameset using high quality, high modulus and ultra high modulus carbon fiber from Torayca and Mitsubishi Rayon. Our handmade in the USA steel bikes use time-tested Reynolds 853 air-hardened steel. We only ever sell one model of our framesets and it is always the most high-end model we offer. There are no “comp” or “sport” models to be found here using lesser materials. We go the extra mile to offer a plethora of component options so that our riders can truly build their bike to meet their performance and budget needs. We take a great deal of pride in offering full-system spec meaning you won't find off-brand or no-name components mixed in with our Shimano or Campagnolo builds. There are no substitutes. All builds are finished with a great selection of high-performance parts thanks to our easy to use a la carte build menu with components from Ritchey Logic and wheels from Reynolds Cycling - meticulously hand built, in-house by our Lead Mechanic. In the end, our customer’s bikes have better materials, are better equipped and at a better price. That’s the KindHuman approach to custom built bikes.
